Howard County Housing Commission has been awarded vouchers to help nonelderly, disabled families with housing assistance though HUD’s Section 811 Mainstream Grant. Priority will be given to families who are transitioning out of institutional or other separated settings; at serious risk of institutionalization; homeless; or at risk of becoming homeless.
